I’m John Durrant and I photograph residential and commercial interiors and exteriors catering for estate agencies, property developers and similar industries.
I work for some of the property industry's biggest names from the UK’s principal estate agencies to smaller independent firms, all of whom care enough for their company image and their clients’ properties to know when they need a professional’s help.
With more than 37 years in the property industry, I’ve taken more of this type of photograph than anyone I know. I fully understand what prospective purchasers are drawn to and I know how to make the most of your listings' images.
I cover an extremely wide area centered on Woking, in Surrey, and I frequently work in Hampshire and Sussex, down to the south coast as well as into south-east London.
In addition to residential property my work includes commercial premises. I am able, via my sister-company skymasterphotos.co.uk, to provide mast photography to complement my normal exteriors and interiors. This helps to put any property into context with its surroundings so that potential purchasers or tenants can see all of the main features that a property has to offer. This combination of styles doesn’t just show property, it shows it off!
