We will work to your brief, whether that is to keep our recommendations simple and cost - effective ranging through to creating fantastic and irresistible design that will not fail to attract attention from the best available purchasers. The cost of the preliminary visit is £275 + VAT, at least 50% of which will be refunded in the event that you commission the home-stager to proceed.

All of our photographs are optimised for the best result. Many people do not realise that optimisation is necessary in order to produce the finest images – photographs that will really make an impact on your potential purchasers. Professional photographers know the importance of optimisation but most people (including many estate agents) are left in the dark as to why their images disappoint.
Occasionally Doctor Photo also removes unsightly temporary objects such as builders’ skips, cars that can't be physically moved or personal effects such as paintings that would best not be shown in a property’s sale particulars. The link below shows examples of photos that have been taken by estate agents themselves – very few agents would claim to be able to take photographs to a high standard but their images can frequently be improved to a reasonably acceptable level.
